On December 2nd I sent the following email to Gab Support, after sending a functionally identical message directly to Torba on November 26th. Still no reply from either.

When I was banned from Gab in 2019, Torba stated that I'd be reinstated if a federal judge said my post wasn't a crime.

That seemed an odd request, until the JTTF broke my door down. It seems obvious today that Gab was getting cooperation demands from federal authorities in an investigation that had been ongoing for some time, and this influenced the decision to ban me.

It should go without saying, that I don't hold any such cooperation against you.

Well, I just got out of prison. As it turns out, the government never even alleged that anything I said on Gab was criminal. They didn't allege that any public post was a crime. It was a private message on Telegram with some Bowl Patrol prick who you had to ban for fedposting habitually. My Gab posts only came in as context.

Since the government hasn't accused me of a crime regarding my Gab posts, I won't be able to get a judge to rule on the question.

This being the case, I humbly request, and suggest, that my Gab account be reinstated. It'd be a hell of a thing if Twitter let me back on before Gab.
